Transparent thin foil film.
Shifts in the colors of the rainbow and in different shades of blue.

To use:
You can get numerous foil shades with different color bases, such as Seashell chrome. Add as effect, cut into small pieces or patterns. Apply to a tacky surface or on top of gel or Structure Base.
This is not foil that you can process with foil gel.
