Nail stylist is a practical, creative and social profession.
The contact with your customers, the countless possibilities,
for example making people happier/more beautiful, working independently,
combine your creativity with your profession.
But also being an entrepreneur, working when it suits you,
for example when the children are at school.
Working from your own home, with low investment costs and
still have a full-fledged company.
No day is the same when you choose this great profession.
Why choose training at Lilly Nails in the forest of training?
At Lilly Nails I have almost private lessons.
Lilly Nails gives the acrylic - gel and Invicta courses to a maximum of 2 people at the same time
and the Structure base to a maximum of 3 people at the same time,
this enables us to give everyone the attention he/she needs and
each student receives the individual guidance he/she needs.
We also work per module, you choose which module you want to do.
If you want to do another module later, you will receive a discount on the package and the tuition fee.
But you can also choose 1 module and leave it at that, that is entirely up to you.
Information about our teachers.
Lilly Nails teachers are required to attend training courses in Sweden at Lilly Nails every year
head office to maintain our teacher license.
The courses in Sweden have been voted the best courses in Scandinavia several times.
There are 2 teachers working at Lilly Nails in Purmerend.
Both teachers have extensive experience and follow additional courses several times a year
training courses at home and abroad to provide you with the latest new techniques.

We teach on Thursdays during the day, other days / evenings in consultation.
The teaching days start at 10:00 am to ...., we cannot give an end time, one is at 2:00 pm
ready and the other at 4 o'clock.
Module Structure Base (Biab) is also possible on Tuesday evening.
Or within a few days in a row. There are many possibilities, of course, in consultation.
We start with theory, which takes about an hour to 1.5 hours. Then we will focus on the practice and we will teach you about artificial nails
placed in a responsible manner so that you do not damage the natural nails.
At Lilly Nails you can choose between 4 different modules.
- Module Structure base (Biab)
- Module Acrylic
- Module Gel
- Module Invicta (Polygel)
Structure base (Biab)
The latest craze in nail country.
What is Biab? Biab stands for “Builder in a Bottle” The name is patented by a brand.
As a result, other brands are obliged to give this product a different name. At Lilly Nails this is Structure Base.
This is a firming gel from a bottle for the natural nail.
It is soakable so you do not damage the natural nails.
This is currently the most chosen treatment in Dutch nail salons.
After applying the BIAB you can finish the nail with a color gel polish of the customer's choice.
But it is also possible to apply only the Biab.
Acrylic
Acrylic consists of a powder and a liquid, they cannot do anything separately.
Together they form a liquid ball.
That malleable ball is then formed into an artificial nail, which will then harden in the open air.
Acrylic is hard and does not move with the natural nail.
Acrylic is a very strong product with which you can extend the nails and file them in any desired shape.
Gel
Gel nails have long been known in the Netherlands,
gel is a pudding-like substance with a high viscosity,
which behaves partly like a liquid and partly like a solid.
Gel is applied to the nail in several layers, you can also use gel on the nail
lengthen and file into any desired shape.
Gel is and always remains flexible and moves with the natural nail.
Gel only becomes a solid hard structure when you cure it in a UV / LED lamp.
Invicta (poly gel)?
Invicta is the latest innovation in the nail industry.
Each brand has given it its own name (due to patent), one of the other names is polygel.
Lilly Nails developed Invicta.
Invicta is a combination of gel and acrylic, strong, flexible, nice to apply.
This product is a huge addition to the industry as it is odorless and softer to file
so less physical complaints. Ideal if you are going to work in a hair salon, for example,
this product is odorless unlike acrylic.
The Polygel is a "thick" gel, a kind of modeling clay that you work with a brush and a little liquid (Poly liquid).
Because Invicta does not run and only cures under a lamp, it is an ideal product to experiment with.
You can practice with it for as long as you want.
Invicta is a flexible product and moves with the natural nail.
What are you going to learn?
- Anatomy & pathology of the natural nail.
Optionally, we can offer you an online training that you can do wherever and
whenever you want, you will learn why you should or should not do certain actions,
what the chemical process is of the products you work with.
Ergonomic and safe working.
After each module you answer a number of questions and then you can move on to the next module,
at the end of the training you will receive a Nail Knowledge certificate.

We can enter extra training in this, the information about this will be given during the teaching days.

When you choose a Module at Lilly Nails you have lifelong support from us.
If you have any more questions after your training, we are and will continue to support you.
What else do you need to know?
You need a model for each lesson, which you must arrange yourself,
if this really doesn't work out we can always try to find someone for you but this is not a promise.
We don't always manage to find someone either.
The ultimate responsibility for a model rests with you.
We provide coffee/tea, etc. for you and your model, you have to provide lunch yourself.
If you don't bring this with you, we have 300 meters from our location
a lunchroom where you can get tasty sandwiches or snacks. We also have a freezer and microwave available.

You can choose to learn to work directly with the E-file during the lessons.
You can bring your own E-file and bits or you can order 1 from Lilly Nails when you sign up.
Follow-up packs
There are various follow-up packages. When you choose a module, you no longer need all products in the follow-up packages.
A few examples:
- You have done the module Structure base and want to continue with gel.
Then choose the Gel package first the Structure module
base to have completed . - You have done acrylic and would also like to follow the Invicta module, then you choose:
Package Invicta AFTER having first completed the gel or acrylic module.

Payment
After registration you will receive an invoice for your starter package, which you must pay immediately.
The starter kit will only be ordered when payment has been received.
Tuition fees may be paid in installments but must be paid in full on the day of the exam.
You must pay the 1st installment payment within 3 days after receipt of the invoice.
Other installment payments can be made before the start of each lesson to the account number on the invoice of the tuition fee,
or be paid at the lesson location before the start of the lesson, not in cash but via tikkie.
The total amount must be paid in full before the exam.
