We have a few house rules:

1. Be on time, not too early but certainly not too late.
2. Come alone, the salon is not that big, if all the customers (no matter how nice it is) bring someone, the salon will be too full.
3. Do not bring children, let the treatment be a moment for yourself.
4. If you do not show up for your appointment without notification, we will charge 100% of the entire amount.
5. Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment means that we will charge 100% of the treatment.
6. If you cancel 48 to 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge 50% of the amount.
7. When making an appointment you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions.
